Triumph Inspirational Award

The Triumph Inspirational Award was an amazing experience.
We were given a brief of dragons or butterflies to inspire our lingerie piece, as the world final is being held in Shanghai, China this year. The competition started early for us as our big class couldn't all put designs forward for the Irish final. After creating a new textile and designing a lingerie piece based on the myth that dragon's scales harden and crystallize over time. I survived the  initial cut from 30 down to 14 and proceeded to make the piece to a high quality. I then survived the second cut of 14 to 8 which allowed me to proceed to the Irish finals.

Crystallize.
